  • We do not compound, manufacture, or dispense drugs for human or veterinary use

  • Any allegation of improper compounding under 503A / 503B
Requirements for Using the Store

  • You understand we do not provide compounded medications
  • You will not resell or distribute products for prohibited uses

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion

Termination of Contract

We may terminate or restrict access if you:

  • Attempt to treat products as drugs under 503A / 503B

All liability, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions survive termination

Limitation of Liability

Ironview Compounds LLC shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, data, or profits

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules
